1. About Us
kaalsarp.com offers services such as Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja, Mangal Dosh Puja, Pitru Dosh / Narayan Nagbali Puja, Navagraha Shanti Puja, Kumbh Vivah / Ark Vivah Puja, Mahamrityunjay Jap, Nazar Dosh Nivaran (warding off the evil eye), Horoscope Analysis, Rudrabhishek, and related Vedic rituals. These are conducted by us in Trimbakeshwar in strict accordance with traditional Vedic procedures.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings for a Puja can be made by calling us directly at +91-92702-76082 or by filling out the inquiry/contact form on this website.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after our team provides verbal or written (via call, WhatsApp, or email) confirmation regarding the date, time (Muhurat), and Dakshina (offering/fee).
- It is the devotee's responsibility to provide accurate contact details, names, and horoscope/birth details required for the Puja.
3. Puja Timing and Requirements
- The duration varies depending on the ritual; most Kaal Sarp Dosh and Narayan Nagbali Pujas take approximately 3–6 hours, while some Pujas may span several days as advised by the Pandit.
- We arrange all the necessary Puja materials ourselves. Devotees are simply required to wear traditional attire (dhoti-kurta or saree), unless instructed otherwise.
- Auspicious dates (Muhurats) are determined by the Pandit and depend on availability as well as astrological planetary positions.
4. Fees and Payment
- Details regarding the Puja procedure and Dakshina (offering/fee) are provided at the time of booking; these vary based on the type of Puja, the number of Pandits (priests), material requirements, and requests for accommodation or meals.
- An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking slot; the remaining Dakshina must be paid after the Puja is performed, in accordance with the agreed terms.
- We do not store or process card or bank details on this website; payments are collected directly (via cash, UPI, or bank transfer) as specified at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be made as early as possible—ideally at least 3 days prior to the confirmed Puja date—by calling +91-92702-76082.
- If Puja materials have already been purchased or arrangements finalized for your confirmed date, any advance Dakshina paid will not be refunded; however, in such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the Puja to a mutually agreed-upon date.
6. Accommodation and Travel Arrangements
- Upon request, we can assist with accommodation (hotels/dharmashalas) and meal arrangements; however, the devotee is responsible for their own travel to and from Trimbakeshwar, unless a separate agreement exists.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party transport providers, hotels, or accommodation hosts.
7. Nature of Services — Disclaimer
Concepts such as Kaal Sarp Dosh, Pitra Dosh, and related matters are based on traditional Vedic beliefs and scriptures. The Puja is performed with utmost devotion and in accordance with authentic Vedic rituals; however, we do not—and cannot—guarantee any specific life outcomes, results, or timelines resulting from any Puja or remedy.
Our services are of a religious/spiritual nature and do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.
